Love this set! The knives are very sharp, and they look nice. I've been using them for the last 3 weeks and I haven't had a problem cutting anything (from food to cardboard boxes). This is my first set of knives so I can't compare them to anything really but they do work for me. My husband managed to cut a frozen piece of salmon in half this morning and he said it wasn't so hard to do it. Highly recommend this product! The stainless steel look is neat, this set looks wonderful on the countertop.
